Cracks in Gel Coat

Need advice on how to repair these cracks on the bow. Boat is a 1988 Cig. Thanks

Grind it out and glass it.Here are a couple of pics of my boat that I had painted this summer. My painter had to repair all of my stress cracks.

looks like it’s been repaired in the past. Tough to estimate because who knows what may be under the gel.

It was free with a full paint job. lol
