Corebond. B70 primer?

Replacing bulkheads and a couple stringers. I have ve and 1708 and will be using Corebond b70 . i have never used corebond before. Can some one walk me thru the primer process. Also From what i understand you use ortho resin to prime can i use ve?

Wood has been double coated with ve and sanded
