:cool-smiley-011::cool-smiley-011:

Alrighty - I'm about to mate two Gen V 454 with and '89 Checkmate with all original wiring, including twinned and differential tachs, trim and K-plane switches and don't have anything to go on other than good luck and a dream.

Anybody have anything, even a generic loom diagram?:grinser010:

Thanks, Wally, it will. I also found this BBC wiring diagram from Hardin that matches my old looms, and your color codes.Nice match.

I'm looking for a schematic to help me with understanding the tachs, k plane switches and trim switches wiring, but that won't stop me from figuring it out when I need to.:boat:

Anyone know if the original twin engine setup came with one or two alternators? If two, was there a diode circuit to prevent backfeeding the weaker alternator, or did one serve the auxiliary equipment and one the engine loops?:cool-smiley-026:
