Default Adding a Sliding Cabin Door, where do you get sliders?

I want to add a sliding cabin door to my Cougar. It is just open right now with a snap on canvas cover for mooring. The door seems easy enough to make, however, I am having trouble finding a manufacturer that makes the sliding door hardware.

Anyone have any links to someone that has done this? Recommendations on hardware?

My Black Thunder has a track system. Call BT and they should give you the info on what they use.

Call Spartech in Fl. They make most of the sliding tracks/doors and trucks (roller assembly) for most boat builders. They can build you whatever you want. You will have to go thru a dealer, they will not sell retail.

Thanks Anchor, that helps a lot. I was wondering why I could not find any suppliers, must be that dealer only thing. Hell, I couldn't even find a link that showed how the sliders work.

Found Spartech had a website with some pics

Here is another manufacturer

You ever get any quotes? Curious how much this track setup would run me. Need to make a door myself
