Changing drive oil

What is the proper procedure for changing the drive oil in a Bravo XR sportmaster shortie? How do you ensure that both the upper and lower have oil in them? Pump it up from the lower to the reservoir? Fill the reservoir and let it drain down?

Should be the same on any Bravo???
Pump from bottom drain behind prop???
once to vent plug and fill to reservior is full
Filling from the top and letting drain will only promote air pockets :(
