There is a gasket under the intake hose connection on the transom assembly. I would take a look there.

Blue Thunder, thank you, that is a good place to check that I have not been able to look at yet. When I pull the hatch, I'll be able to get a good look at that area.

I've had leaks there before. Generally it is corrosion around the gasket surface more than the gasket. I fix the corrosion with jb weld and install a new gasket. I would also tighten your valve covers they are probably the oil leaker as someone already mentioned.
