Sender locations

What sender locations (ports) do you like the best? Oil pressure usually found on the back top side, but what about the port above the timing chain? I don't have multi ports on my oil filter housing so I was thinking of using the port above the timming chain for a oil temp sender location. What are the thoughts?

Isn't the oil pressure sender hole located on the right (from front) side of the block at the back below the exhaust? That's where it was on my last SBC. I ran oil temp from the filter housing via an adaptor. My water temp was in the t-stat housing. All electric sender analogue gauges. It's in the pic, sorry about the quality, it was a while ago!

Hope this helps!
