I wasn't picking on your cam, I only see around 6 inches at idle, but it's 276/284 @.050 .780 lift.

I tried 6.5pv it ran like poo., When getting on plane I am down to pretty much 0.

GPM I didnt think you where picking on it, I just assumed it was most likely larger then the 741 and 731s most seem to be running

Checked you vacuum at idle in gear at the RPM you normally run off plane. For sure, your PV (s) need to be below this reading.
