Too Much Oil Pressure?

Is there such a thing as too much oil pressure? Fresh engines one with about 30 hours and the other with 2 hours. 468's, 580hp on the dyno and 540lbs torque. Oil pressure at idle is 55lbs and pushing 90+ mph it's up to 90lbs pressure. Is this too much? I get some oil pushing out of the valve cover breathers if sustained high speed. Should I try to lower it and how would I do this if needed?

55 psi is fine at idle and nothing wrong with it, what is your oil temp? 90 psi at wot would just tell me your oil is still not up to temp I'll always run 180-200 degrees on the dyno, but maintain 60-65 psi @ idle and around 75-85 psi at the end of the pull, in the boat it changes from cooler to cooler or if using a oil controlled thermostat.
