Looking for upgrades stock 350/260hp
 

Looking ideas for upgrades for a stock 350 nothing to serious since were still in the boating season but would like to get some more power out of it. A good set of heads, cam, carb, intake anything you got. Just looking for suggestions or ideas. Thanks

I had a Formula 272 with smallblocks and I went .040 over on the bores with complete Eagle rotating assy's with flattop pistons. I used Crane 272 cams with enginequest vortec heads, RPM airgap, Holley 650dp, stock T-bolt IV, GLM 4" thru hull exhaust. Engines dynoed at 365hp/400 ft.lbs. and the boat picked up like 10mph.:cool-smiley-027:

For the money you would have to spend to get any real improvement out of the small block you can buy a tired gen IV 454 out of the classifieds on here and freshen it up and come out ahead on speed gain if you need speed , you need cubic inches , no way around it
