volvo penta R8 220, R8 219 props

Been a lurker for a couple of years and I just bought a 1996 Baha mach 1 260 targa with a 7.4 volvo setup. My question is I am hitting 49 mph on gps at 4400 rpms. It has these weird R8 220 and R8 219 props on it and I am thinking the previous owner chose the wrong ones because it is listed to have b6 props. Anyone with any info on these r8s? Also how fast Should this thing run, 49 seems really slow.
