No problem. Anything I can do to help I would be glad to. If you want to stick with a Procharger put that in the title of your thread. I will post on it, and some of the other guys hear will also. Get it started, I will keep an eye out for it. The 502 is a great block to use. Actually send me a PM when you get it up. The good thing is Procharger guys will post along with guys who know your hull.
Good luck

Today was a tuning day, everything below 5k is pretty dialed. once I get the new pump and fuel pressure in line we can tune above 5k, That will not take long. my hope is Weldon hooks me up and overnights a pump for Tuesday. Tuesday the motor is ready to pull off the dyno and set into the boat. Still need to swap gears and modify the cav plate some for prop clearance. Crossing my fingers to have it all done by the 15th. That will give me 10 days to iron out things in the boat, install the intercom system and put a few hours on it before the big event the 26th... time just will not wait for us...

Alot of money, but I don't think you'll be sorry, that should make a difference.

Yeah I think I am at $2,000 who knows... I don't even care at this point, I am so far over budget.
The pump almost doubles the output of the Aeromotive 11104. At 60psi its 100gph more. And with the 120# injectors I will not be on the edge like with the 96's, never know maybe next winter I will change the cam, larger headers and a more free flowing intake. And more boost. By then I hope to find a suitable cat...
Parts will not be in before 4pm Tuesday, so the plan is to try and skip out and get to the dyno for some tuning Wednesday, if all goes well just maybe the motor goes in the boat Friday, have to sneak in the drive gears sometime... what do we say early next week we are water testing??? The fuel issue is the last hurtle I can think of.

Better knock on wood, there's always more issues. Get it in the water and enjoy it for the rest of the summer. You can fine tune the combo after some seat time.

The only issue I see for sure is my prop... Its custom diameter to fit the standard SCX with a -3 lower. So if its too far off I cant just throw something on there to get thru the weekend. The party I am hosting the past Pirates run now The Glen Harbor Marina Summer Bash. is the 25th-27th.... I gotta pray the boat is water ready and set with enough time to get another custom prop out if the 34 is very far off..... If its just off some I will suck it up and use it for the weekend but I would like to do a WOT pass to represent the marina and all my hard work for the crowd.... Granted there will be faster boats and that's ok.

The 34 at 7500 should be impressive. I have a couple of stock 34s, 32, 30 and 28 if you need one.
