When i bought mine at a local plastic supply place ther had "special" drill bit's that they recommended to use to drill thru the plastic and nit damage it. I drilled it with no problems at all... The key is to drill very slow with very light pressure with a piece of wood behind it to keep from cracking it.

I'm paying 140 for a sheet 40 to cut to my template and I get the droppings,so far I'm out 540 and 3 broke mirrors
Ive got to find a better way to attach it,I have screw heads that hold the hatch pad on, maybe a spacer behind the glass so it want crack tighten down on the cover, the 3M tape is working on the other glass.just have to cover the screw heads and the sides it needs a backing to protect the silver.
