cooler oil psi valve ??

Had my 88 Formula 311 out today and have an oil leak... on the cooler that is mounted behind the intake on the inlet side there is a valve??? it has 4 ports on it, one of which goes straight in the cooler and the other 3 are connected to oil lines. Upon removal of it it looks like some kind of pressure releif valve?? Where can i find a new one???? there is no part # on it... and to be honest i have no clue of what the hell it even is..:grinser010:
