Leak at the exhaust diverter ~ flap
I am having a leak at the switching area on a set of Corsa captains calls. The leak appears to be coming out from the shaft area that holds the flap to switch the exhaust.
Is there a way to stop the leak or is it time to replace?

I am having this same issue and was curious if anyone had some input? It seemed to have happened after my impeller went out and the exhaust got hot and the buzzer alarm went off. The water seems to come out in more volume the more RPM I give it.

I called them, hit the "marine" option number 3 and got automotive. I am suppose to get a call back.
Have you ever took this type of project on? I rebuild wrecked GM duramax trucks so I should be able to handle this but any helpful hints/tips?

i've only replaced the diverter plates. not actually removed the swivel pins... a buddy of mine has ordered the rebuild kit from corsa but i don't recall if he said it was easy or not. i'm assuming so... corsa tech has been helpful to me in the past, i'm sure they can assist
