Exhaust headers question for the pros
 

Im finishing the build of 2 engines that will go on a cigarrette cafe racer soon (i hope), and in the process i put Patterson headers on. the headers are jacketed and have 2 separate exhausts, the regular gas exhaust and another smaller for the cooling water.

my question is, can i link the headers to the transom muflers with exhaust hoses and dump the water separatly ? the idea is to conect the water exhaust tubes to thru hulls outlets with braided hoses, ore someting similar.
