Electric Fuel Pump Install

Hey Everybody, First Ijust Wanna Say Great Sight, And Lots Of Good Info On Here. Thanks!

I Just Installed A M1sc Procharger On The 496 In My 28 Scarab Excel. 8.5:1 Comp Forged. Ported Heads. Comp Blower Cam. 7psi Pulley.

Question:i Was Tryin To Decide The Best Way To Install My Barry Grant Mighty Enduro Fuel Pump. I Read On A Previous Thread About Needin To Hook The Pump Up To A Oil Pressure Shut Off Switch????

Wiring:i Was Just Gnna Wire It Up Through A Relay Using Keyed Power From The Ignition........like A Car Install.

The Pump Is Deadhead Regulator Compatible, So Im Just Gonna Use A 2 Port Magnafuel Boost Sensitive Regulator That I Had Layin Around From A Previous Project.

I Replaced The Head Gaskets After Reading The Many Posts Urging To Do So.

Also Installed A 26p Bravo. Hope To Have It Ready To Rock By Boatin Season.

Gimme Some Feedback, This Is My First Boat Build..........

If this an EFI application, you will need to pressurize the injectors to start the engine. With an oil pressure switch you may have to crank the engine over for a while before you get any fuel.
