Engine hatch idea needed

I want to put something across the opening on this hatch. Some type of grating on the inside to make it look a little more finished. Any creative ideas?

I have seen some grateing at lowes or home depot in aluminum or ck out some of the patterns in aftermarket truck grills that you can cut down...try stylintrucks.com...lots to look at there

I'd go with a billet grille maybe. It would be a custom piece. Many folks on here, myself included, have the capability to create the 3-d file for NC machining.

someone in your town has a water jet cutter or something to cut a design into it with the name of the boat or the superboat logo.

Or you could use a perforated sheet of stainless.
