oil pan decisions
 
Im building a gen4 496 this winter with a procharger. ive been searching for oil pans and cant find nothing i really like what does everyone go with and where from?
I was looking at http://aroilpans.com/Marine.html or stephs

Who's that Armando guy? Was that offshore pan alum? I bought 2 Hardin 10 quarts this past spring. Don't anyone waste their $. The 1st one, the engine builder had to use a press to get the seal gland to fit the rear cap and it hit the oil pump too. Both pans hit oil adapters which in turn put quite a bit of oil in the bilge. The quality was much better when Gil made them.

Im not sure who he is i just googled marine oil pans hes 429 he said for a pan I didnt ask if its aluminum

Armondo makes steel pans. Price includes the pickup too....m
