Many of us call ourselves "budget boaters" so why not a place to show our budget boats and projects that we spend so much time and make so many sacrifices for!

No guidelines for pictures just make sure there are plenty!

I own two boats and have rebuilt both from the ground up!

My jet boat is a 1974 21' Tahiti and took me 2 years to rebuild her! Before I rebuilt her I did get the chance to spend several years using it in its original state! Gota love the colors!!

My newest boat is my 1984 30' scarab. I bought it in September of 2007 and got to ride in it for 20 minutes during the sea trial. I then brought the boat home and made the hardest decision ever and that was tear it apart and redo everything that was mechanical, electrical or hydraulic! It took me 3 1/2 years before I could once again call it a boat!

And I actually had to sell the dually and replace it with an 01 4x4 SRW so the wife had something to drive in the winter. Truck is her winter daily.

kicking my ass pretty good so far. 2nd identical boat, same motors. First one ran 80. Only seen 70 so far w/this one.

I gota tell you, deal of the century when I found that truck. Texas truck, one owner, 98k origional miles, loaded! Grandson Flew to Texas from Maine put $1200 in new tires on it, drove it from Texas to Maine. Put it on CL for $4500, week later dropped price to $3500. I offered $3200 cash..... SOLD!!

Check out the condition of the frame! It is still shiny in some places!! :eekdrop:
