BTW - much better design!!

One suggestion, I think some type of top plate needs to be offered. I would imagine a lot of people will be upgrading from something else and most other indicators will leave a good size square hole in the dash. This is why I did a top plate on mine!

It's coming though!!

thanks!

i think its a much better design as well. it really works well especially for my application: single engine cat with no tabs.

i can offer a base plat that mounts 1, 2, 3, or 4 of these things for an additional fee.

id like to get some feedback from you guys about the overall design compared to the bug guys stuff. the only thing i ca see that makes theirs more desirable than mine would be the fact that mine dont light up from underneath.....but thats not a big deal imo.

im a big fan of simplicity, both in form and function, and also efficient use of space. the one i made for myself seems to give the user much more adaptability when installing in different boats/configurations.

2Ton. That looks very nice and much better than the nut/washer exposed on the first one.

Do the "Bug Guys" :) stuff light up? I've only seen anodized aluminum. I thought that was my original idea last year when I made my Trim Stix. I'm far from a big guy... or bug guy:)

lol! i stand corrected!

i believe it was your idea. for some reason i thought that the name brand ones did that as well! that is a good idea all the same!

thanks for the compliments "bug guy". lol i never look at the screen when i type. and yes i feel the second version is much more "sanitary" than the first.

next you'll be sending the drawings off to china and get 'em made for 10 cents on the dollar...lol. beutiful design and build. i think you may have found your second, or maybe new job...at least now you can afford to push harder on the throttles.

hi!

i am actually going to make them custom to order. they are available as of right now. each piece will b e made as it is ordered and then shipped out.

i would like for the buyer to allow 1 week lead time prior to shipping. it shouldnt take that long but i am running my own business already and this is just a side project to try and help some of my fellow boaters out while makin a lil change for the gas tank this summer. lol

anyone that is interested or just wants to call and talk about a possible or custom feature can call me anytime at 606 575 0208
