Emi Thunder Install help

I have a Emi Thunder exhaust I am in the process of installing and need some help. I have the short aluminum risers that are supposed to work with silent choice, but I am having a hard time getting the diverter hooked back up to the Y pipe once it is attached to the riser. It seems to me that the factory hose is too short to connect the diverter and Y pipe with the Emi manifolds. Anyone know a solution?

Longer hose??? :lolhit::lolhit::lolhit:

In all seriousness tho silent choice was a tight fit it in my boat. I had to make some extra hose, some longer some shorter. Just keep your cool, it will go together.

I thought that also but after checking the Eddie Marined website I did not see a longer hose offered. I am gonna give them a call tomorrow. Any other suggestions on where I can find longer hose? I know the hose is oval in shape, but will a round hose seal up properly, if so what size works best?

It should work on the oval, I used regular 4 inch exhaust hose, I did not have silent choice and just went through the transom. The blue silicone is better but the black stuff is fine.
