if your trailer is galvanized be sure to use gloves,long sleeves and eye wear when sanding otherwise you can get super sick if the coating gets into your poors when sanding.

I've heard of this when welding on galvanized metal. Its like a really bad flu or something.

anyone have some pics of there rustoleum paint jobs on there trailers?...kinda curious to see how they turned out...need to do something with my trailer and don't wanna dump a huge load of cash into it...

Yeah some close ups would be nice as well, what did you use a brush or small roller.

Tremclad Rust Paint - GLOSS BLACK ( canadian tire stores everywhere ) standard/normal cheap out of can with small rollers and brushes on hot day so paint will smooth out

this is on aluminum trailer, bonded with no base primer , no issues

I did mine with rustoleum hamered finish 6 yrs. ago even went over some mild rust.It still looks good and only cost about a 100 bucks
