Here are the part numbers and phone number. Pay with VISA and they will mail it to you. Great to work with.

FYI - I can not find the parts at any Mercruiser dealer. They told me they do not rebuild them anymore. After you pay for labor and parts its close to brand new price.

Hey Jim, Have you been having good luck with those part #'s? I had one seal leak but I believe it was due to some gulling on the shaft.

Work great. I noticed the numbers on the list do not match the numbers on the boxes. They must have there own internal code. The bearings and seals are a major brand. Box is next to receipt so I can not think of the name.

Yes if there are any grooves in the shafts they will not last long. I had a small groove on one, I just seated the seal further down the shaft so it was not riding on the same area.

** I just looked at your thread, I remember reading it years ago. That is the exact same box and numbers. **

Is there a kit for the seapump/fuel pump bearing & cam that runs the mechanical fuel pump?

Does any oone know where to get the shaft with the cam on it?? Mine has the loose cover over it that is super sloppy.. its only producing 5.5 psi now

SmurfOnABoat 06-26-2012 07:24 PM

The cam is part of the shaft, but the sleeve over the cam is replaceable. The shaft is also replaceable.

I have yet to be able to find measurements of a good cam lobe on the sea pump shaft to know if it is within spec or not.

Shaft # 818366A1
