Default Pro Nautic Charger?

Who has the best prices on a Pro Nautic 1260P battery charger? I am also not opposed to a used one in good condition if anyone knows of one. Pinching pennies these days cause its been one thing after another! They no longer rebuild the model I have.(pic attached) Thanks in advance

Anyone at least had experience with them? Worth the money or other suggestions?

I've bought 2 Promariner chargers from here, 1230iplus and 1240iplus. Also 2 buddies bought the same 40A units from here also. Was best price I could find at time. My slip neighbor just bought a factory reman 1240 off ebay trur 'BatteryGuy' ???? or something to that effect. Has excellant prices and warranty.

All our chargers have been great. No experience with the model you have picked out. I believe it's the next model up from mine. Your old one is just a big ol buzz box.

Why do you want such a big charger for a 38 Formula?

Thanks! Reason is I asked pronautic if they rebuilt them and they said no and recommended that model and said they would sell direct for 620.00 to my door. Only running 2 batt's and a mild stereo, sometimes use the fridge.
Can I get by with less? Electricity is not my strong suit! Your right about the BUZZ!!!!!!!!!!! And heavy SOB!

All the cruisers around me, myself included run 40A chargers, with the exception of 1 guy running a simple Guest 2 bank 20A charger, and he has no problem. These are boats with 2 battery banks, with 1 being 2/3 battery house bank, electric heads, fridges, water pumps, big stereos with 2-3 amps and tons of lights. Never an issue.

I think you will be paying a lot of extra $$$ for a 60A charger you don't need.

US1 Thanks again, nice charger! I went with the 40 and I was shocked it only weighs 8LBS! The old buzz box had to weigh 50-60. I love losing weight!

Your welcome.

That charger is a 3 stage charger, unlike your original constant output charger. Your batteries will thank you.
