Mine is all pitted and wont seal with a gasket anymore and Im looking for one and cant find one!

Do i need to run my water pump???

im not running a Stat so im getting 8-10psi with raw water pump and water pump. Temps stay cool. Would it raise my temps by deleting it?

makes the engine run cooler..you shouls at leaste run a 120* stat to keep some heat in the engine..

If you are running a stat with a crossover what keeps the water flowing inside the block when the thermo is closed?

either use a thermostat with a built in bypass valve or drill 3 3/16 hole in one..some cross overs and thermostat housings have aen bypass fittings for a -8 hose..
