No, to be honest I decided to take this thing step by step. My notion was to pull the first motor and get it dressed and ready. Pull the second motor and take the boat to the gel shop. I think I have decided to take it to a professional gel coat shop to redo all my thru hull fittings etc. I am considering taking the 6 hour drive up to GlassDaves shop to let a true expert clean it up. When It comes back I will tidy up hoses and install the glass on the hatch etc. I am really beginning to wonder if I will make 2013 season or not. We just purchased a new home and close on it this weekend so I am sure I will have some $$$ to throw at that project for awhile also.

It has been a long time since I uploaded a new pic. I got a new quadrajet on it, lots of stainless bolts, most of the pullleys and everything else painted up gloss black. For a stock 454 she looks pretty good I think

Curious why you removed the recirculating pump on a stock motor? Looking good.

Haven't even started the bilge. Going to pull the other motor soon and get started. Now that I know where to source the parts it should run a lot quicker
