Who has ported a 500EFI intake?
Doing the research for a possible winter project. I've talked to a few people, eddie, Madara, etc... Sounds like the 500 intake is the restriction, and porting it can help!
I've been told port match a mono blade, remove the center piece in the upper, and so much as shortening the runners as much as 2". Wondered if anyone wanted to give up their secrets? I have a 500EFI with Vortech (540) that runs out of steam at 5500-5600 RPM, power stays the same, boost goes up. Thanks in advance! |
For what he charges ..I'm sending mine to Eddie. He's done a ton of them and knows what's up. A lot cheaper than messing mine up. Lol
