power steering cooler leaking?

Pulled the blue plug on bottom of power steering cooler. Initially water came out, but it was followed by what appeared to be power steering fluid. Where might my leak be? Hp525 efi with closed cooling. Thanks!

the cooler itself might be the culpret.remove it and pressure check it.
