lighting headers..small leak in one cylinder

anyone have any experience on what it cost to have these repaired? It's just seeping enough to cause a miss, has never filled the cylinder with water.I just didn't know if they are worth the cost of repairs. Thanks

I'm under the impression it just takes a skilled TIG hand, so you might start calling local engine shops.

Depends where it's at. If it's the inner tube which it would have to be to cause a miss, you'll have to cut a window to get to it. Unless it's close enough to the flange it can be reached 2-3"

It it is leaking at the flange it is an easy fix. Are they the models with the stainless inner tube. The pair that came with my Daytona leaked at the flange on two cylinders. Dave Wesseldyke welded them up for me.

Yes they have the stainless inner tubes..I was able to pressure test them at work and I did find a small leak around the flange...I tig welded it and no more bubbles..so I thought I had fixed it but after running it on the hose I still had water on the plug so all I can figure is the leak is somewhere on the inside.

Pressure test them again.
