Here's one. You could use it for a template to make others. Their really quite simple.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Mercury-7943...item4ac13e7860
Mine are home made out of 3/16" aluminum then make ya a gasket.
Merc part number is 79430 but their NLA.

there are also zillions of TRS transom assys out there for sale and here on the swap shop. nobody buys them cuz they don't wear out or rot away like the outers and nobody converts to TRS. so they are not worth much more than scrap aluminum weight. the ebay listing says alpha but it is a TR.

gun, when u coming thru jersey again? i have a spare merctrans, but no spare drive. just bought this old pantera bad motor, drivetrain unknown cond probably ok. but a spare TRS can never be a bad thing, till you convert to bravo and have two of them in the way!

Ya it's kinda old school stuff I'm dealing with but project will be rapped up in another month or two at most. I shake my head every time I walk by it but its a great running hull and will be a one of a kind boat on the water that's for sure. The money and time I put into it is rediculous for what it is but comes with no payment. That I like. When I brake it in half I'll buy something a little more current. Lol.
