I don't want boost reference carbs also no vacuum advance timing .

I have 10.5 now what should my intake air be at I actually hooked up gauge to a port on carb plate and it said like 10 11 idle is loping a little

Intake manifold vacuum is irrelevent if the carbs are not boost ref. The vacuum under the carb, but above the blower, while running on plane, is what you want to monitor. Reason a 10.5 pv is typically used, is that it typically opens very early, just like a boost referenced pv would. You can adjust where the pv opens depending on the readings you get. A 10.5 is a good setup to start with. It will open early, and pretty much leave you to focus on jet changes only while up and running. That divide by 1/2 of intake manifold reading and pick a PV, is useless in your combination.

Leave the air bleeds alone. They are more for circuit timing, than fuel tuning. Stick with jets for now.

Get ur fuel tune right, and i would bump that timing up to 32 or 33. . At 28, your exhaust valves are cooking at wot
