Power Steering Pulley Mount Removal Mercury Race 600 SCI

Does anyone know what type or style of puller/installer is needed for the power steering pump pulley mount on Mercury Racing 600 SCI? I am fairly sure this is the same on 525/600/700. The pulley bolts to the mount with 4 bolts, also the part I need to remove is #2 in the diagram. Any tips or advice is appreciated, thank you!

A small 3 jaw puller or steering wheel puller work well.

i use a tool designed for the job,got mine on ebay and it makes the job easy.
