2007 497 ho - NO REVS UNDER LOAD

I have twin engines so I am able to quickly rule out certain things like fuel. It seems like if you'll delivery issue and I am about to start pressure testing and injector testing but I am wondering what the most common cause of this is and I just replaced the fuel module thinking that was the cause
