That's not horrible. I'll hafta make some calls around and see what I could get it done for if I pull the deck and split the cap. My cap is definitely different than yours and is gonna be a little tricky cause it's level with the rest of the boat and not raised like yours is.

So a quick update! A couple years ago after redoing the boat, the driver side seat base separated from the floor. Had a fiberglass guy fix that and it worked well for two years. Last summer the passenger seat base separated from the floor. Got home from Florida in January and there was a lockdown so figured it was time to start fixing the boat. Pulled up all the carpet and let the boat dry out for a few days, then laid down fiberglass mat and put everything back together. Seat bases now feel sturdy and the floor is completely covered in fiberglass.

At that point, I knew we wanted to upgrade the stereo and add cup holders. Added a 75 watt x 4 amp from Crutchfield. Fabricated up some side panels and cup holders. Also put in new carpet and moved the battery to the passenger side for better weight distribution.

Did some trailer maintenance as well since we are taking it up north for a couple weeks. Added bearing buddies, got two new tires and added a spare. Finally back on the water! Only projects left are new throttle cables, adding an 8 inch powered subwoofer and a new fuel fill cap.
