Another blower motor carb tune
 

Trying to dial this in but I'm stuck at the moment. I think I have read every carb tuning post posted within the last 15 years here on OSO to get this figured out to where I have it now so YES, I have exhausted the search function here and on Google. Here are the details:
Stb 467ci, 9.0:1, 250 Blower shop with QFT 1050 dominator, 5psi boost
Neutral AFR: 12.2 VAC: 15 RPM: 850

AFR taken with O2 wideband in exhaust elbow. I've already made adjustments to IFR, jets, and PV's to get to where I'm at. My concern is cruising at 4k with Port motor showing AFR of 12. I understand the readings are an average of the bank, should this be a concern? As for the rest of the readings, what are your thoughts, good to go boating or keep tuning?
