What the right closed cooling system?

Need to pick the right closed cooling system for my 26 ft scarab CV single 454. 630hp It does have power steering close to the thermostat which would make a top mount difficult to mount. Can anyone help me? I am new to all of this. Just want to make this boat salt water ready
