Default OB awesome/chris cat conversion

Started rigging. 325 hp Simon vrods. 1.75 dwp torquemaster cr lowers. 8 inch jack plates. The engines are all the way down in pics. Have 8 inches of up travel. The side water pickuos are dead eaven witj the bottom at full down position. Any guesses on speed and fuel efficiency? Hoping to see 75 mph.
