Interior foam

Is there any easy way I am overlooking other than being an artist when it comes to cutting replacement interior seat foam?

Electric knife.

That’s what I’ve been using. Guess I just need more practice and patience.

An Eastman Blue streak is great for cutting foam or fabric. It is a commercial unit but can be found used for $300 to $500. You can likely sell it after you are done and come out near even.

you can also use a die grinder with a buffing disc to shape and blend.
