Location for closed coolant exchanger

ADDING CLOSED COOLANT TO MY BOAT, LOOKING AT WHERE TO MOUNT THIS HEAT EXCHANGER.
i HAVE A STEEL BRACKET THAT MOUNTS TO CYLINDER HEADS, THEN EXCHANGER IS CLAMPED TO BRACKET.
I AM LOOKING AT MOUNTING FROM FORWARD BULKHEAD.
JUST NOT ALOT OF ROOM.
IF I MOUNT TO MOTOR , THEN I MUST RELOCATE THE FILL BOTTLE FOR THE HYDRAULIC STEERING
MAYBE EASIER TO RELOCATE A ONE QUART FILL BOTTLE VS TWO HEAQT EXHANGERS.

LOOKING FOR IDEAS...........

Mine are mounted off the heads towards the stern, over the transmissions.

hmmmm. could hardly reach back there...
all the more reason to cut my one hatch in half,,,turn into barn style hatches...
