Pull up cleats

Anyone recognize this brand / model of cleat?

it is a 6" long cleat, the mounting studs are 2-7/16" apart. I lost the pull up cleat portion when the nuts backed off, launched it off the bow! Any help appreciated, would like to keep the same matching bases, so trying to locate the same https://cimg0.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.off...519b343b32.jpg
