I would have to agree. I haven’t been on here as long as some, but here is what I do know. The MAIN reason this forum is so attractive to people is BECAUSE of the knowledge base it offers. If people like BUP (and others) weren’t still on here it would only be an archive of everyones former glory days and a shot ton of misinformation and bad advice like FB. I myself have learned SO much from this site and everyone on here that takes their time to help poor morons like myself with our stupid problems nobody else can figure out. What some people fail to recognize also is that most of the people that do offer legitimate help also have real jobs and paying customers that they are taking time away from to help strictly for the love of the sport. BUP and I have been on the phone at 2 am many times helping me figure out my twin app issues I run in to routinely and he asks for nothing. If someone offers help and it requires parts to be purchased, you can bet I’m buying them from that person even if I could have saved a few bucks somewhere else. It’s just common courtesy but I guess I’m old school. Just my .02 cents...

Man you are so correct and I would focus more on this post below from the link I am providing as to why OSO does not care about you nor issues you had because a guy pays them money while you had a beef with and his service. So the bottom line here you can have beef because of bad service and it does not matter because of the ALL MIGHTY DOLLAR. Yes I know I am so off base here.

Also Is there any auto sites that you post on and willing to share ? And if you are paying member on those sites ?

Asking if you would share about - do you own your auto repair business or work for a company ? I am curious thats all

No I can careless what anyone does up here however and however they make money. Its their biz what they want to do - I do not have the time to worry about nor care if posters are breaking the OSO rule book. It does not effect me one bit nor what I do in life.

Today I brought all that because for some reason your badge singled me out here in a manner as you being a police officer and mod on here IMO was not warranted. You have never heard me say before this why is this person allow to do that and they are breaking OSO rules. I can careless

I have never disputed BUP's knowledge or the help he gives to OSO members both on and off of the forums.
BUP has given lots of free advice on OSO. BUP has also made a lot of money from OSO members that would not have a clue who he was without OSO.

I have also reached out to him via PM about becoming a Commercial Member due to the many complaints from paying advertisers.
Thus he could follow the OSO rules and promote his business at the lowest cost to him.
He has made no attempt to purchase the Commercial Membership or any membership EVER.

This is about keeping OSO alive. Why would anybody want to pay to advertise on OSO when he does it for free??

Instead of addressing the real issue he tried to deflect to what other people are doing wrong on OSO, then he accused me of favoring somebody because he thinks I bought stuff from that person?? I'm really not sure what or who he is talking about. I have purchased very few things from the swap shop.

If I had really wanted to ban BUP, I could have long ago for violating the advertising policy, but instead gave him casual warnings. This was only because he does help so many OSO members.
We shall see what happens from here if the advertising policy is violated.

Another ironic thing........BUP never even answered the OP's question..........AllDodge did.
