Default 502 Mag Procharger Intercooler Plumbing and Sea Pump

I am running the cooling from the crossover tube to the bottom of the intercooler and going overboard. The oil cooler is heating the water to 130* and I am feeding that to the intercooler. I don't like it.

Is there a two-stage pump that I can run in place of the factory? Moving the intercooler line to before the intercooler would be a PIA!

What are some more options?

You can put a T in the output side of the water pump and plumb that thru the intercooler ...I've done that before and used a ball valve to control water thru the ic ...if oil temps get too warm throttle down the water to the ic ...m

I used the (625-4942) stainless steel sea water pump form Hardin marine , It mounted in the same location as the original one and I have 1 stage feed the engine and the other stage feeds the intercooler then I just dump it out the side of the boat

Any problems with clearance? I tried putting 2 stage hardin pumps on a customers twin engine boat and they hit everything, bravo boat with factory serpentine. Sent them back and got single stage

I have a v-belt set up and all I had to do was relocate my fuel pump relay on the starboard side

No issues with clearance, had to drill a hole in the off shore mount for the input feed from the strainer, you can see it in the pic.

I am with Smitty, my pump is so close to the stringer on the port engine it's not even funny. I have every window open right now from CP Performance looking for a rear feed, bottom output pump.

I could probably make something work on the Starboard. Its the whole hanging upside down thing that I getting effing tired of!

Thank you for the pictures! They help a ton!
