Helm Seat Base Formula 252

I pulled the entire interior out to have fully reupholstered. Seat base with slider and swivel is a bit beat up. Debating taking apart or just getting new. See pix. Any recommendations on places to buy this model or parts. Its off a 1995 Formula 252BR.
