454 7.4 330 hp question

Hey guys question for you and some advice I have twin 454 with the peanut heads 330 hp I'm having one of them rebuilt right now pretty much stock other than I changed the cam.
I was thinking about buying a 454 Mag all ready to assemble machine shop work done this motor has scat rods, .30 SRP small Dome Pistons. My question is if I ran those two Motors in the same boat until I could possibly buy heads for the 330 horse motor would I be asking for problems I thought the only difference between the two Motors is the rods and the heads. Thanks

Not a problem at all. Just install the mag engine on the stbd (PS) side.
