Gimbal bearing change
 

I'm going to do a gimbal bearing on an Alpha 1. Don't know yet whether it's a Gen 2. And I have a jaw puller like Mercruiser suggests, so no likely issue on removal.
Or, can I just pivot the old bearing out of the existing tolerance ring?
If not, can I just use any driver that fits the outer tolerance ring? I don't have one that fits my alignment bar. Is the driver important enough that I should wait and order one?
