27 ZR Speed

I have been trying for a ride in one of these for a while just to see what its like. Now i wanna go to see what speed they actually get. I've heard anywhere from 69-75....im calling it maybe 72.

Anyway...obviously it needs more HP. What would it take to go 85 in a 27 ZR? and is that possible on a warranty?haha

depending were you boat the 525 should get you there and you would have a 1 year warranty the 27 ZRs with 496/HO we get 72-74

I would think if they are getting 72-74 out of a 496 you would get 78-80 out of a 525merc. I think to hit 85+ the Ilmor would be the ticket if they have that option.

Tony for every 100 HP is 10 MPH so if you figure 74 with a 496/425 hp to a 525/535 HP you should be very close to the mark.
