38zx Full Cover

Just wondering if anyone knows where I could find an off-the-shelf cover to fit my 2000 38ZX. I have tried the net and at this point I figured I will have to take it to a local canvas shop. Its worth asking first.

Thanks Ted

I know the 2000 is not listed, but call them and they should be able to make one.

Thanks Downtown42 - No luck with existing mass produced canvas companies - will have to go custom.

Thanks Hammer - How hard would that cover be to put on with the boat on a boat lift. My intentions are to use it all summer on my lift and all winter on my trailer. It looks heavy.
Thanks Ted.

no problem at all. it is that new material that is suppose to "breath" better and it was not heavy by any means, sometimes awkward(big) but no problem if you roll it up properly each time. i used bungy cords on the trailer and you can put 12 feet of rope or so on the eyelets and pull them from under the lift with a dock pole with no problem if you want it snug on the lift. i loved it because i put my boat away spotless every weekend and it was nice to be able to uncover it ready to roll just as spotless as when you left it. once again, give them a call, they were great to work with at loto. good luck

Hammer,
Where is this Loto in Missouri? I guessed that you must be talking about the Lake of the Ozarks. But which custom shop near which city, your talking about a big lake here.

A full custom made cover is the best money you'll ever put in your boat. Custom made aren't cheap, but neither are cockpit interiors or paint jobs. First thing I do when I buy a boat is get a custom made cover for it.
