Donzi vs. Powerquest?

Hi everyone, I am looking to get into powerboating and have narrowed my search to two boats, the donzi 26zx and the powerquest 260 legend. I am leaning toward powerquest but would like to see the Donzi folk's point of view. :angry-smiley-055:

I love my baby ZR(27'). You might want to take a look at those too.

PQ is a nice ride, but IMO not much really compares to a Donzi other than Apache, Cig or Outerlimits.. Just my 2 cents.. But hey different strokes for different folks, thats why there are different boats.. :) Jamie

Donzi all the way....ZR if you can swing it ......if not a ZX.....I have one it runs 85 gps and I love it! it is a 27 ZX with a forced induction motor.

Being in the buisness you have a better resale with a Donzi then a Powerquest and I personally own a 2001 26ZX awesome boat!

Ditto only based on the fact that we've been looking at boats for a while and the Donzi's have a higher resale than PQ for what we came across.

Our friends have the ZX and they love it!!!!

Ditto!

Also, the Donzi is def. a notch above all other production boats.

I might as well get my .02 in on this conversation. If you have a choice, go with the 26ZX. Handles great and agree with others that it's built very solid for a production boat.

Following is a picture of my boat in Hot Boat magazine (bottom of page) taken at the 2006 Lake Cumberland Poker Run.

Great Pic, owned a 2002 33ZX with same graphics:D:D:D

I'm not a donzi guy, but I don't think there is any comparison.... Donzi all the way.

I shop classifieds religously......... the Donzi's have a better resale.
