way high in price, by the time you add everything in that project up you can find a low hour mint v8 16 on a bunk trailer about the same year or newer cheaper
4500 for the project
2500 for the interior
3000 for the drive
5000 for the motor
3000 for glass work including transom work to get thru hulls no sense not to
2000 for a decent trailer to put your project on
20 grand already and those are conservative numbers and doesn't include labor or the cost of your time
but for someone who has a motor and drive laying around if they could get the base price down it might not be a bad project take that 4.3 and alpha out of the beat up regal and take a step up ;)
